Butler warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. We will issue up to 100% credit for damaged/defective merchandise. With advance authorization and
within 30 days of invoice, remorse returns must be returned in saleable condition in the original packaging, and will be assessed a 15% re-stocking charge plus any related freight/handling charges. In the event a product does not satisfy these requirements, Butler will not issue any credit.
Items with Threshold Delivery will ship via trusted freight carrier. Delivery by appointment. White Glove Delivery available as upgraded shipping.
