Nature and flowers have been a constant source of inspiration for Normann Copenhagen’s Simon Karkovs designed pendant lights and the resemblance to a flower can clearly be seen when looking at the Norm 06 lamps curved leaf-like components.
The lamp has a soft shape with an organic feel to it and looks stunning in any interior.
This pendant lamp kit spreads a mild and diffused anti-dazzle light, which is dispersed through the lamp’s rounded silhouette.
Norm 06 is available in three sizes, which are finished in a pure and simple white, and fits in well with most homes and tastes in styles.
The large version of Norm 06 is perfect for hallways or in the bedroom while the small lamp emits a comfortable light for above the dining room table.
The DIY lamp comes flat-packaged and it takes about 15-30 minutes to assemble.
A 8’ white hard-wired electrical cord with E26 lamp socket is included.
Takes standard light bulbs (light bulb not included).

Designer Simon Karkov has taken the archetypal DIY pendant lamp kit and created a new and exciting piece of lighting from an original idea inspired by the shape of flowers.
Simon Karkov says “Whenever I get an idea I draw a sketch which is then transformed into a model. The model is then adjusted over a period of time until the final prototype can be done. I dream of developing new ways of designing furniture and larger objects through the self-assembly concept.” Karkov is well known for his Norm lighting series offered through a collaboration with Normann Copenhagen. This collection of modern hanging lights and lamps are instantly recognizable and strike a wonderful chord in sharp, modern interiors.
